**Cribio gains a new investor**
RMLS Alliance (RMLS‑A) has joined Cribio, the Broker Public Portal‑backed listings platform. The investment gives RMLS‑A’s 1,600 Illinois members and their clients direct access to Cribio, expanding the portal’s reach after similar adoptions by Canopy MLS, MIBOR, Doorify MLS and MRED. RMLS‑A’s leadership says the move “enhances our brokers’ ability to compete, collaborate and serve clients with confidence,” while giving agents “direct access to motivated buyers” and tighter control over the client experience.
**Rechat partners with SkySlope**
Rechat announced a major upgrade to its Deals module by integrating SkySlope’s digital forms and e‑signature technology. Agents can now launch form requests and sign documents within seconds, streamlining the transaction process. Rechat’s CEO, Shayan Hamidi, said the partnership “strengthens the back end of Rechat Deals” and lets users combine AI‑driven marketing with robust transaction management. SkySlope’s CEO, Tyler Smith, added that the collaboration frees agents to focus on client service rather than paperwork.
**eXp Realty teams with Land id**
eXp Realty has teamed with Land id to give agents deeper property insights and faster sales. The partnership, launched through eXp Land & Ranch, provides agents with a pro‑level Land id subscription that delivers data on water access, topography, taxes and more. With this information, agents can craft pricing strategies, create flyover videos and interactive maps, and deliver a more transparent analysis of any property. eXp’s CMO, Wendy Forsythe, highlighted that the toolset “enhances client trust and provides an undeniable competitive edge.”
**RELIANCEai introduces AREIA Synthetics’ AI assistant**
RELIANCEai is rolling out an AI‑powered digital assistant, Areia (Autonomous Real Estate Intelligence Assistant), through a partnership with AREIA Synthetics. The assistant, slated for North American launch in early 2026 with global expansion to follow, can converse in over 70 languages and dialects. Areia guides buyers and sellers on RELIANCEai’s sites, answers questions, and recommends listings, while also streamlining agents’ operational tasks. COO Nick Villanti called Areia “a breakthrough” that “integrates directly into agents’ daily systems, boosting productivity without adding complexity.”
These developments illustrate how real‑estate firms are leveraging technology—from MLS‑backed portals and AI marketing to advanced data mapping and multilingual assistants—to improve efficiency, transparency, and client engagement.
