River Road, with the price tag of $8.25 million. The most expensive sale of the month occurred at 500 S. Beach Road, which went for a staggering $17.75 million. A house at 730 Egret Point sold in June for $3.99 million. Additionally, homes were sold at 955 Pebble Lane ($3.5 million), 4324 Diamond Shores Way ($3.6 million), and 1515 NW Lancewood Terrace ($1.8 million). Two properties at 118 SE Mira Lavella also changed hands in June for $1.64 million each, while a house at 648 Tulip Lane sold for $3.96 million.
