A
high-profile team of D.C. real estate agents has made a significant move, leaving Washington Fine Properties to join TTR Sotheby's after years with the company. HRLS Partners, led by Robert Hryniewicki, Adam Rackliffe, Christopher Leary, and Micah Smith, have listed and sold some of the area's most expensive homes, including a $3.5 million record-breaker in Woodley Park and an $18.8 million estate in Virginia.
The team has achieved impressive sales numbers, with a combined lifetime volume of $2.42 billion and nearly 2,300 transactions under their belt. Notably, HRLS Partners boasts the highest average sales price in the D.C. area at $3 million per transaction. As part of their transition to TTR Sotheby's, they will open a new office in Cleveland Park, marking the company's 13th location in the region.
The team's recent listings include an 18th-century Georgetown home with a car garage elevator, priced at $10 million. The move comes just a month after Washington Fine Properties was acquired by Compass Realty, and HRLS Partners will continue to operate under their own brand as part of TTR Sotheby's network.
