Springdale Road has been a Zillow sensation over the years, with many viewers weighing in on its eccentric design. When it was featured by popular account Zillow Gone Wild in 2023, commenters joked that it resembled a Rainforest Café and even speculated that an alligator owned the property. The previous owner purchased the home for $1.2 million in 2022 as an Airbnb investment, but struggled to sell it after listing it again in August 2023. After several price reductions, the Chicago-based buyer closed the deal on March 18. Interestingly, the property is already back on the market as an Airbnb, dubbed the "Hidden Oasis," with nightly rates starting at $999.
