The company has launched a new Commercial Division, expanding its capabilities in residential sales, investments, rentals, and property management. This move follows two local residential mergers announced earlier this year.
At the helm of the new division is Mike Mito, CCIM, a seasoned commercial real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience. He joins United Real Estate Partners as Commercial Division Director, bringing expertise in commercial transactions and exceptional client service.
Aujenee Johnson has also joined the team as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, specializing in analysis, sales, and leasing. She will identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and provide expert advice to clients.
