efferson County in Upstate New York saw a significant surge in new home listings last month. According to Redfin, the county ranked 11th nationwide for growth in new listings among counties with at least 100 new listings. In May, single-family home listings in Jefferson County increased by more than 46% compared to the same period last year. This impressive growth makes it one of the top-performing counties in the country for new home listings.
