sher's real estate portfolio boasts an impressive collection of high-profile homes. In August, Mansion Global reported that he sold his $3.6 million mid-century Hollywood Hills home in Los Angeles, which was previously owned by model-actress sisters Poppy and Cara Delevingne, as well as Oscar-winning actor Jared Leto.
The 1955-built property, featuring five bedrooms and four bathrooms, had been Usher's since 2022. Another notable sale was his Alpharetta, Georgia, estate, which he sold in 2018 after two decades of ownership. The 10,823 square foot mansion, purchased for $1.2 million in 1999, held sentimental value for the singer.
Usher had first visited the property when he was 13 and later shared his experience on BET's How I'm Living in 2003. He recalled being mesmerized by the home and feeling a deep connection to it. After upgrading the property during his ownership, Usher sold it for $1.5 million.
In addition to these notable sales, Usher has also owned several other homes, including a three-bedroom residence near Atlanta's Mercedes Benz Stadium, which he sold in 2019 after eight years. He and his ex-wife, Grace Miguel, previously lived in a West Hollywood mansion from 2015 to 2018.
Usher has also put down roots in Las Vegas, telling The Hollywood Reporter in 2023 that he'd moved there for his My Way residency at Park MGM's Dolby Live. He expressed plans to make the city a long-term home for himself and his family.
