tahRealEstate.com has partnered with Inside Real Estate to offer its members a new advertising platform for promoting listings on Facebook and Instagram. This partnership integrates PropertyBoost, a tool developed by Inside Real Estate, into URE's MLS listing input module. With PropertyBoost, listing agents can create professional advertisements in just a few clicks, bypassing the need for complex marketing skills.

    PropertyBoost leverages Meta's algorithms to reach potential buyers beyond an agent's social circle, expanding their audience to thousands of people who may not have otherwise been reached. According to Brad Bjelke, CEO of UtahRealEstate.com, this integration was a strategic move to provide agents with cutting-edge social media advertising capabilities.

    Joe Skousen, CEO of Inside Real Estate, notes that the partnership marks the company's first product launch within the MLS space and anticipates significant growth in 2025. URE launched PropertyBoost in December 2024, already seeing substantial success since its release.
