KO Group Real Estate CEO Vanessa Grout has put her waterfront Miami Beach mansion on the market. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom house at 6165 Pine Tree Drive spans 3,421 square feet and features original terrazzo floors and geometric accents. Grout, who oversees sales and marketing for OKO's developments in Miami and New York, said she needs more space but plans to stay in Miami Beach.
The home, which has been carefully renovated to preserve its Streamline Deco character, includes 75 feet of waterfront with a dock, pool, and landscaped courtyard. The property is listed by Grout's stepmother, Lynette Grout of John R. Wood Properties, for nearly $10 million. Grout paid $2.7 million for the home in 2016.
The Pine Tree Drive neighborhood boasts some of Miami Beach's most expensive homes, with a 10,606-square-foot mansion asking nearly $38 million and an 8,500-square-foot home listed at around $28 million. A deal to sell the latter property has been pending since February. Grout joined OKO Group in 2020 after serving as president of CMC Group for over six years and previously working as CEO of Douglas Elliman's Florida brokerage.
