rian Carcaterra, a seasoned commercial real estate expert with 20 years of experience, has returned to Newmark Group Inc. as executive managing director of its Stamford office. In this role, he will serve clients in Fairfield and Westchester counties by negotiating lease deals for tenants and landlords, as well as providing advisory services.

    Carcaterra previously worked at Newmark from 2003 to 2012, where he advised office clients in Connecticut. He has now rejoined the company after serving as executive vice president at Building and Land Technology (BLT), overseeing leasing across an 8 million-square-foot national office portfolio.
