evin Lipson, a seasoned commercial real estate veteran, has launched Apex Commercial Exchange (ACE), a new CRE auction platform. ACE aims to provide a seamless experience for owners and brokers of traditional listing sales, property and note auctions, and qualified auctions.
The platform will list all property types across the US, focusing on middle-market deals with purchase prices under $25 million. ACE's team has extensive experience in executing real estate owned (REO) and non-performing loan (NPL) sales for various clients, including special servicers and private equity firms.
One of ACE's first listings is a 105,000-square-foot industrial facility in Lawrence, Kansas, which will be sold at auction from August 11 to 13. The platform also enables brokers and owners to create customized asset pages, generate leads, use marketing tools, and receive offers.
Lipson, who has over $30 billion in transactional experience, designed ACE to optimize user experience with advanced technology. The platform features artificial intelligence-powered buyer push notifications, a mobile app with dashboards for brokers, sellers, and buyers, and an AI tool to answer bidder questions and provide auction pricing.
ACE's team boasts over 87 years of combined experience and $42.5 billion in commercial real estate transaction volume. Lipson's past roles include stints at CWCapital, Ten-X Commercial, and Ivy Realty.
