Terravet Real Estate Solutions Acquires Dogwood Veterinary Property for $3.33 Million

erravet Real Estate Solutions, a leading veterinary property specialist, has acquired the $3.33 million Dogwood Veterinary Specialty & Emergency hospital in Marietta, Georgia. The 12,726-square-foot facility serves as the only 24/7 emergency hospital in the area and is a referral destination for after-hours emergencies.

    The practice includes 17 full-time doctors and over 70 employees, providing comprehensive services to pets throughout northern Atlanta. "Facilities like Dogwood are crucial to their communities, offering specialized expertise and round-the-clock care that pet owners rely on during emergencies," said Daniel Eisenstadt, CEO of Terravet Real Estate Solutions.

    The acquisition was structured as a sign-and-close deal, ensuring a seamless transition for the hospital's operations and staff. This marks Terravet's first specialty emergency hospital in Georgia and builds on its partnership with Innovetive, which acquired the veterinary practice. "Having a partner that understands real estate and operational aspects of veterinary medicine made this opportunity possible," said Mark Ziller, president and CEO of Innovetive.

    Terravet continues to expand its presence in the Southeast following recent acquisitions in the Atlanta metro area. With over 1.5 million square feet of real estate across 165 properties, Terravet is a major player in the veterinary property market.
