aftali Group is launching sales for Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, a 45-story luxury condo tower. The project, led by Chairman and CEO Miki Naftali, will feature 370 units on a nearly 1-acre site at 201 North Federal Highway. Douglas Elliman will lead sales, with pricing starting at $520,000.
Designed by Arquitectonica and featuring interior design from Rockwell Group, the tower will offer a range of unit sizes from studios to four-bedrooms. Residents can enjoy 30,000 square feet of amenities, including two pools, spa and fitness facilities, coworking spaces, and more.
The branding deal with Viceroy Hotels & Resorts aligns with their recent focus on "experiential" luxury. Construction is set to begin next year, following Naftali's purchase of the site for $20 million in 2022. The project was initially approved for two towers, one with 47 stories and one with 45 stories, totaling 824 units.
The development is adjacent to the Dalmar hotel, which was sued by its owner to block the towers last January. Naftali has expressed his focus on the Fort Lauderdale market, citing a lack of inventory and competition despite high demand and available funds.
