odel and full-time painter Shannan Click is selling her East Village home for $2.9 million. The 880-square-foot private terrace, which overlooks a limestone cathedral, was a favorite spot for Click to relax and unwind. She bought the two-unit combo in the Hearth House building before marrying actor Jack Huston, who comes from Hollywood royalty.
Click, a former Victoria's Secret model, has modeled for top brands like Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, and Dolce & Gabbana. She combined and renovated the units over five years, creating a three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom residence with a "dream spa" bath and an ornate decorative stone fireplace in the main bedroom.
The apartment features wide-plank wood floors, antique mirrored closets, and a chef's kitchen with a woodburning fireplace. Click loved her home, but is moving to Los Angeles with her husband and two kids to build their dream house in Malibu. The listing broker is Yesim Ak of Compass.
