ANOI, VIETNAM - Vinhomes Joint Stock Company and Nomura Real Estate Group (Japan) have formed a strategic partnership to drive growth in key areas such as residential real estate, commercial real estate, logistics, and other related sectors. This collaboration aims to leverage the strengths of both parties to deliver innovative products that meet international standards.

    Vinhomes and Nomura Real Estate will focus on joint development projects in housing, commercial properties, logistics centers, and other real estate-related areas. Following the agreement, Nomura Real Estate plans to make significant investments in Vinhomes' urban areas and related projects across Vietnam in the near future.

    The partnership is expected to bring world-class urban projects to Vietnam, enhancing living standards and infrastructure. With Nomura Real Estate's international expertise and Vinhomes' local knowledge, this collaboration will drive sustainable development in Vietnam's real estate market.

    Currently, both companies are actively expanding their cooperation on several projects, including Vinhomes Royal Island and Vinhomes Grand Park. Mr. Matsuo Daisaku, President of Nomura Real Estate, stated that Vietnam is a key market for the company, and this partnership will enable them to further utilize their strengths to drive urban development.
