altham, MA – Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE), a Massachusetts-based developer of premier office and life science space, has announced that ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: ZI) will occupy approximately 101,000 square feet at 404 Wyman Street. This lease brings the company to HBRE's 13-building Waltham campus, just 12 miles from Boston.

    404 Wyman is a 384,841 square-foot LEED Gold Certified office building on the HBRE campus. The expansive campus features 13 buildings spanning over 2.2 million square feet, with access to Route 128, I-95, and public transportation. Amenities include multiple cafés, outdoor common areas, fitness centers, and tenant engagement programming.
