illiam Ming is a native of Athens, Alabama, where his family's business, Ming Commercial Real Estate Group, has its roots. A standout athlete at the University of Alabama, he earned both undergraduate and master's degrees in 2013 as a scholarship football player under Coach Nick Saban, winning three national championships.

    As managing director of Ming CRE Group, William oversees retail development, construction, and brokerage, driving growth and job creation across Huntsville and North Alabama. He has fostered strong relationships with local officials and business leaders through his work on the boards of the Athens-Limestone Chamber, Limestone County Economic Development Association, Athens-Limestone Hospital, and Athens Main Street.

    Outside of work, William prioritizes family time with his wife and two young children, cherishing moments together. When asked about Huntsville, he praises its unique blend of urban energy and small-town charm.

    "I love that Huntsville offers the best of both worlds," he says. "It's a city that feels big but still has a close-knit community feel."
