This lease marks another milestone in Davis' growing industrial portfolio, which spans Massachusetts, the mid-Atlantic, and southeastern markets. The Upton Crossing campus comprises five buildings across 37 acres, constructed by Jewett Construction and MA Design.
The lease agreement was facilitated by Joe Fabiano, James Lipscomb, Jordan Yarboro, and Brian Tisbert of JLL representing ownership, and Bart Anderson and Juliana Fiore of CBRE representing the tenant.
