isturbing allegations of rape and sexual assault have surfaced against luxury real estate mogul Oren Alexander and his twin brother Alon, as well as their older brother Tal. Three women, who spoke to Miami Beach police last fall, claim they were victims of the brothers' alleged crimes. The women's statements, obtained through a public records request by NBC News, paint a harrowing picture of abuse and exploitation.
According to the women, Oren Alexander allegedly raped them on multiple occasions between 2016 and 2021, while Alon was involved in at least one incident in 2016. A third woman claimed she was sexually assaulted by Oren in 2021 after he invited her to his home for a gathering. The allegations also include claims of drugging and rape as part of a sex trafficking scheme that spanned several years.
State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle filed felony charges against the Alexander brothers, along with their associate Ohad Fisherman, in December. Oren has pleaded not guilty to the Florida charges, while Alon and Tal have yet to enter pleas. Fisherman's attorney did not respond to a request for comment.
The women's statements to police are graphic and disturbing, detailing instances of coercion, manipulation, and violence. One woman claimed she was pinned down by Fisherman while the twins debated who would rape her first. Another alleged that Oren drugged her before raping her in 2017. A third described being physically overpowered by Oren during a 2021 assault.
The Alexander brothers' attorneys have denied the allegations, claiming the women's stories are "foolish and unbelievable" and that they will be discredited at trial. However, the women's statements to police paint a damning picture of the brothers' alleged crimes, which span multiple years and locations. The case remains ongoing as the brothers await trial in federal custody.
