teve Capezza, a seasoned real estate executive, has been appointed to lead growth and M&A initiatives at Anywhere. As senior vice president of growth and M&A, he will focus on expanding the company's title and transaction services divisions, as well as identifying external and internal growth opportunities.

    Capezza brings over a decade of experience from Zillow Group, where he held various leadership roles, including head of Premier Agent sales and SVP of Business Operations. He also spent nearly two years as president of Side, leading the brokerage platform's growth efforts before departing in November 2024.

    Anywhere CEO Sue Yannaccone noted that Capezza will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategy to solidify its position as the leading player in real estate. This appointment comes on the heels of Anywhere's latest earnings release, where CEO Ryan Schneider highlighted the importance of building end-to-end capabilities through M&A.

    Capezza emphasized the need for a disciplined approach to growth, prioritizing quality over quantity. With Anywhere's unmatched scale and stature, he sees significant opportunities for expansion and replication by other industry players.
