The OBG Gruppe has been commissioned to realise a residential building with 37 subsidised flats in the Itzigerknupp development area in the Luxembourg district of Bonnevoie. The client for this project is SNHBM (Société Nationale des Habitations à Bon Marché S.A.), a public housing developer dedicated to creating affordable housing. The project, known as "E14-1 1 Itzgerknupp – Résidence ULURU", will be built on Rue Simone Veil and forms an integral part of the new Itzigerknupp residential quarter.
Construction work for the "Résidence ULURU" began on 20 April 2026, with completion scheduled for April 2028. The estimated contract volume for this general contractor service amounts to approximately EUR 5.7 million net. The plan envisages the creation of 37 residential units with a total usable area of over 860 square metres. The plot designated for this purpose covers an area of approximately 2,115 square metres.
The Itzigerknupp quarter is one of the larger residential developments in Bonnevoie. The long-term vision for this area is the creation of several hundred affordable homes and the provision of the necessary infrastructure. The implementation of this comprehensive development is taking place in several staggered construction phases. The "Résidence ULURU", realised by the OBG Gruppe, contributes to the transformation of formerly agricultural land into urgently needed living space.
