Regional presence as a key award criterion
Decisive factors in the award by the Groß & Partner Group included, alongside a compelling overall concept, the high degree of service and customer orientation demonstrated throughout the tender phase. The regional structures of the service provider also carried significant weight, ensuring short decision-making channels and pronounced flexibility during ongoing operations.
Rainer Vollmer, Managing Director of Peter Gross Facility Management GmbH & Co. KG, emphasised that this appointment marks the first time the company has worked for the Groß & Partner Group. He noted that this mandate provides a viable foundation for establishing a strategic partnership that could encompass further properties in the future.
The company currently employs more than 1,400 people in its facility management division. Vollmer pointed out that combining construction expertise with facility management allows the company to support clients over the long term across the entire property lifecycle, extending well beyond the initial construction phase.
