This new feature aims to automate the execution of follow-up tasks, thereby significantly increasing the efficiency of project teams. The functionality of the AI agents is based on the autonomous execution of actions once triggered, without requiring manual approval. This ensures that necessary results are available immediately, rather than waiting for an employee's availability. PlanRadar customers can configure their own AI agents using natural language prompts or choose from a selection of pre-configured agents to automate specific workflows.
Increased Efficiency and Control
One example of an application is the so-called Response Agent, which analyses incoming information requests, searches relevant project documents, and generates a well-founded answer with precise source references. This can reduce response times from hours to minutes. Every activity of an AI agent is meticulously logged and assigned, and users can precisely test the planned execution of an agent before it goes live to maintain full control over automated processes. Additionally, PlanRadar offers support from Forward Deployed Engineers, who advise teams on identifying and implementing the most valuable AI agent use cases for their business processes to ensure rapid deployment.
