The tenant of the approximately 4,250 sqm warehouse and office space is the logistics company De Haas Road Cargo.
De Haas Road Cargo, a logistics specialist in the transport of flowers and plants, is relocating its previous site from Hochheim am Main to Weiterstadt through this tenancy. The new premises are located at Gutenbergstraße 19–21. The owner of the property is P3 Logistic Parks. The total leased area is divided into approximately 3,340 sqm of warehouse space and around 910 sqm of office space.
Site factors and expansion of logistics capacities
Key factors for the decision to lease were the short-term availability of the space and the fit-out with a total of eight ramp doors. These features offer De Haas Road Cargo optimised conditions for the efficient handling of goods delivery and collection, as well as internal logistics processes. The site is located in the Weiterstadt-Riedbahn commercial area, about six kilometres north-west of Darmstadt. Favourable transport links are provided by its proximity to the A5 motorway and the B42 federal road, which connects to the A67. Frankfurt Airport is approximately 24 kilometres away.
