The lease is based on the continuously growing demand for storage capacity, particularly in the context of the dynamic e-commerce business. The newly acquired space is primarily intended for the storage of products sold via the TEMU platform. The property arranged by Logivest comprises a logistics area of approximately 4,000 square metres. It is an existing property with specific features relevant for logistics operations.
