Consulting firm pom+ Deutschland is expanding its team across two key leadership positions. With the appointment of Laura Kukuk von Glahn as Senior Manager AI, Technology & Data and Johannes Stöbe as Senior Manager Sustainability, the company is specifically strengthening its capabilities in digitalisation and sustainable real estate management. In their new roles, both executives report directly to Rebekka Ruppel, CEO of pom+ Deutschland.

Strategic focus on data and technology

Laura Kukuk von Glahn will primarily oversee client mandates, further business development, and the expansion of the Data & Technology competence area. Prior to joining, she served from 2020 until July 2026 as Co-CEO of family-owned firm Kukuk Ingenieure, where she was responsible for strategic direction and corporate development. Before that, she had already worked as Lead Engineer at the engineering consultancy.

Alongside her new role, Kukuk von Glahn remains committed as co-founder of the start-up KAR (Kollector Authenticity Registry), which specialises in verifying the authenticity of collectors' items. Her focus at pom+ centres on connecting data strategies with the practical application of artificial intelligence in the real estate sector.

Expansion of sustainability expertise

In Johannes Stöbe, pom+ Deutschland gains a long-standing expert in sustainability consulting. Stöbe worked as a consultant for the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) from 2010 to 2018. He subsequently moved to real estate services provider CBRE, where he initially served as Senior Sustainability Consultant and later rose to Associate Director.

In his new capacity, Stöbe will contribute his experience to continuously develop the firm's service offering in the sustainability sector. The advisory services aim to support property owners and portfolio holders in effectively implementing environmental requirements across the development and management of real estate.

As CEO Rebekka Ruppel explains, the real estate industry faces the key challenge of introducing technological innovations while simultaneously driving the transition towards greater sustainability. This calls for consultants who unite strategic understanding with practical implementation skills. With these two new appointments, pom+ reinforces two forward-looking business areas to support clients pragmatically through these challenges.
