The PRIMESTAR Group has announced a comprehensive restructuring of its Executive Leadership Team. Guided by the motto "Progress = Change", two key executive positions have been newly filled, and the Operations division has been realigned. Concurrently, several internal executives have been promoted. These measures are intended to systematically drive the company's expansion in Germany, Austria, and Poland.
Anke Bogansky was appointed Managing Director for Finance and HR effective 1 October 2026. In this role, she will assume overall responsibility for the group's financial and human resources strategy. In previous months, Ms Bogansky, as CFO, played a crucial role in advancing the development of PRIMESTAR Group's AI-supported reporting. This orientation will be consistently continued in her new role.
Effective 1 November 2026, Björn Wilkens will assume the position of Managing Director for Development and Asset Management. Mr Wilkens is moving from the property developer BECKEN to the PRIMESTAR Group for this role. His responsibilities include the development and completion of new projects, with a particular focus on expanding the portfolio in Poland and growing the June brand.
Strengthening Operational and Commercial Divisions
Martin Gotschewski, who has been with PRIMESTAR since 2023, was appointed authorised signatory and Head of Operations effective 1 October 2026. In this expanded role, he will assume overall leadership of the Operations and Technology divisions, representing a bundling of strategic core functions. This consolidation aims to further optimise the efficiency of the company's processes.
Ronald Giese remains Managing Director Commercial of the PRIMESTAR Group. He will continue to focus on the sustained increase of ADR (Average Daily Rate) growth. Dr. Roland Rausch, Chairman and owner of the PRIMESTAR Group, stated that this realignment broadens and strengthens the Leadership Team. He emphasised that Anke Bogansky and Martin Gotschewski earned their new responsibilities through their performance, and the appointment of Björn Wilkens brings a proven developer for the growth agenda. The company management believes the course is set and the direction is clearly defined for the joint implementation of strategic goals.
