DFSJ GmbH, a Düsseldorf-based logistics service provider, will be the new tenant of the property at Am Fallhammer 15. This logistics property was completed in 2020 and has a total area of 14,028 m².
The leased area is divided into 11,511 m² of warehouse space, 1,969 m² of office and ancillary space, and 548 m² of mezzanine space. DFSJ GmbH, which already operates a site in Düsseldorf Harbour, specialises in bilateral trade between Europe and China and acts as a strategic partner for supply chain solutions, particularly in cross-border e-commerce.
DFSJ GmbH was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate during this transaction process. For RED Property, this letting represents another success: as part of an exclusive mandate, the company has now realised a letting solution for the second large unit of Heppner Düsseldorf GmbH within nine months, after already successfully brokering the property at Am Fallhammer 9.
