The Silverton Group has concluded a long-term lease agreement for the retail park it manages at Langobardenstraße 2 in Regensburg. The new tenant at the retail location is the specialist drinks retailer trinkgut, which will occupy a lettable area of around 1,300 square metres in future. Silverton is responsible for the asset management of the commercial property on behalf of an institutional fund.
The retail company is planning a modern specialist store across a sales area of around 800 square metres. The product range caters equally to private and commercial customers and encompasses a wide selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including mineral water, juices, soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits, as well as regional and seasonal specialities.
First letting of shell space and schedule up to 2027
With the signing of the lease, asset management is bringing the rental unit, which was previously in a shell condition, into commercial use for the first time. The start of the bespoke tenant fit-out is scheduled for spring 2027. The opening of the new specialist store is scheduled to take place in November 2027.
The addition complements the existing retail offering and strengthens the market position of the retail park as an established local supply destination in the south of Regensburg. By introducing the nationwide retail chain, the transaction also contributes to securing the long-term income of the property.

The retail centre was constructed in 2002 and is situated on a site measuring around 23,200 square metres. The property comprises a total lettable area of approximately 16,100 square metres. Long-standing tenants at the location include well-known chains such as sporting goods retailer Decathlon, furniture store Seats and Sofas, and pet supplies chain Fressnapf.
