The ROSA-ALSCHER Group has successfully leased another office unit in ZAM SPACES in Munich-Freiham. A tax consulting firm, which previously had its premises in Munich's Westend, will occupy an area of approximately 235 square metres on the second floor of the property. This transaction underscores the attractiveness of the location for companies wishing to realign their presence in Munich. The handover of the leased space is scheduled for December 2026, allowing for careful planning for the relocation and establishment of the new tenant.
