SICORE Real Assets has announced the prolongation of a lease agreement with the Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) in Hanover, Vahrenwalder Straße 4. The agreement covers just over 3,700 m² of office space and has been concluded for a period of five years.

The Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks, as the central real estate organisation of the federal government, has been using the premises at Vahrenwalder Straße 4 since 2014 and makes them available to federal users. The property, built in 1994, has a total rental area of approximately 6,611 m² and offers 109 car parking spaces.

Location and Significance of the Prolongation

The location in North Hanover, directly on one of the city's main arterial roads, ensures optimal transport links. The Werderstraße underground station is reachable on foot in approximately two minutes, which further increases the attractiveness of the site.

Martina Averbeck, Managing Director of SICORE Real Assets, commented on the contract extension. She emphasised that a long-term rental relationship with users not only secures planning certainty and stability for investors' portfolios. Such a prolongation also indicates the quality of the existing premises and the efficiency of the in-house asset management.

The continuity in letting office space of this size to institutions such as BImA is an indicator of the value stability and adequate management of the properties. This contributes to the long-term appeal of the existing portfolio and underscores SICORE Real Assets' professional management strategy.
