The Silverton Group has concluded a new lease agreement for the retail park it manages at Langobardenstraße 2 in Regensburg. The new tenant of the property is beverage specialist retailer trinkgut, which will occupy around 1,300 square metres of rental space. Silverton manages the asset on behalf of a fund.
Across 800 square metres of sales area, the company plans a modern specialist store catering to both private and commercial customers. The product range comprises alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mineral water, soft drinks, juices, beer, wine and spirits, as well as seasonal and regional specialities. The transaction marks the first letting of previously unfinished shell space, putting it to permanent use.
Schedule for tenant fit-out and location strengthening
The tenant fit-out works are scheduled to begin in spring 2027. The opening of the new store is due to take place in November of the same year. The new addition expands the existing sector mix at the location in the south of Regensburg. At the same time, the agreement aims to secure the retail park's income over the long term.
Constructed in 2002, the retail property stands on a site with an area of around 23,200 square metres. In total, the retail park comprises approximately 16,100 square metres of lettable space and benefits from an established environment of existing tenants.
