The portfolio in question is managed by MB Advisors GmbH as asset manager and primarily comprises residential units, supplemented by commercial, basement and storage units. The full assumption of the mandate by talyo. is scheduled for 1 August 2026.
With this step, talyo. continues its strategic growth course in the management of residential property portfolios in Germany. The Berlin portfolio integrates into the company's direction and underlines clients' trust in the service provider's expertise. According to the company, a structured and collaborative approach to the takeover is a high priority to ensure service quality for owners and tenants from the outset.
