Consultancy REALOGIS Immobilien Deutschland has advised on a major letting in Nohra near Weimar, Thuringia. Tekpoint GmbH, an international distributor and wholesaler of telecommunications and consumer electronics, is leasing around 23,175 square metres of commercial space in the newly constructed FOCUS Logistikpark at Grunstedter Weg 7. The site was developed as a joint venture between global real estate investment manager BGO and Düsseldorf-based developer PRODAC Industrial Real Estate. The owner was legally advised on the transaction by BCLP.
The future tenant will occupy two of the three units in the new development. The leased space comprises approximately 20,674 square metres of warehouse space, around 924 square metres of office and social areas, and roughly 1,577 square metres of mezzanine storage space. In addition, 24 car parking spaces and eight lorry parking spaces are available to Tekpoint on site.

FOCUS Logistikpark was built on a site of around 55,000 square metres and comprises a total lettable area of approximately 34,602 square metres. Of this, roughly 30,728 square metres are allocated to warehouses, around 1,519 square metres to office and social areas, and approximately 2,355 square metres to mezzanine areas. Strategic location at the Erfurt motorway interchange
The property benefits from direct access to the Autobahn 4 via the Nohra junction, as well as immediate proximity to the Erfurt motorway interchange connecting to the Autobahn 71. Nohra railway station is within walking distance, around 600 metres away. The micro-location is further complemented by the directly adjacent DHL parcel freight centre and the Erfurt freight logistics centre roughly eleven kilometres away.
Christian Beran, Managing Director of REALOGIS Immobilien Deutschland, explained that the lease underscored the persistently stable demand for high-quality, immediately available new-build space with high alternative-use potential. Lars Zimmermann, Managing Director of PRODAC Industrial Real Estate, described the arrival of the international occupier as an important leasing success that confirmed the quality of the concept and the suitability of the location for logistics operations.
