A new warehouse and production property is being developed directly adjacent to the existing company headquarters at Werner-von-Siemens-Straße 8.
The project is being realised by May & Co. The construction project comprises a rental area of 23,500 square metres. Completion of the property is scheduled for early 2027. Following the completion of construction, The Quality Group will occupy the building long-term as a user and tenant.
