WILMA Wohnen Süd RM GmbH has celebrated the topping-out ceremony for its "QURS – Quellenquartier" residential project in Bad Vilbel. This ceremony took place exactly one year after the groundbreaking, which occurred on 14 August 2025. The project signifies significant construction progress in the Bad Vilbel urban area and confirms the scheduled implementation of the construction work.
The "QURS – Quellenquartier" is being built on an area of 17,500 square metres in the south of Bad Vilbel's city centre. It includes the construction of 200 residential units, which are intended to appeal to a broad target group. The concept envisions a mix of owner-occupied flats and rental flats to offer attractive living space to both buyers and tenants. The total area of the residential units amounts to approximately 17,000 square metres.
In addition to the residential units, a four-group day-care centre and an underground car park are planned as part of the project. The day-care centre is intended to contribute to the improvement of infrastructure in the quarter, while the underground car park will manage the parking situation for residents and visitors. These supplementary facilities underscore the approach of comprehensive neighbourhood development.
The project area is characterised by its advantageous location. It is situated in the immediate vicinity of Bad Vilbel station, ensuring good connections to public transport. Residents benefit from short distances to infrastructure facilities and direct access to the regional transport network. This quality of location is a key aspect of the "QURS – Quellenquartier".
The planning and realisation of the project are being carried out under the leadership of WILMA Wohnen Süd RM GmbH, which has taken responsibility for the development and construction of the entire quarter. The timely execution of the topping-out ceremony demonstrates adherence to the schedule and progress towards completion. Future residents and the city of Bad Vilbel can follow further construction phases with anticipation.
The development of the "QURS – Quellenquartier" aligns with current efforts to create new housing in urban and suburban regions. The combination of owner-occupied and rental properties addresses various market segments and caters to the demand for diverse housing forms. The integration of a day-care centre highlights the consideration of social infrastructure in modern residential projects.
