The cash subscription period for the new UBM Green Bond began on Tuesday, 6 October 2026. The issue price, known as the re-offer price, was set at 99.5% in consultation with the Joint Lead Managers. Interested investors have the opportunity to subscribe to the bond until approximately 23 October 2026, with the company reserving the right to close the offer early if demand is sufficiently high.

The public offer, subject to prospectus requirements, for the 7% UBM Green Bond 2026-2031 will be placed in Austria, Germany and Luxembourg. Additionally, a private placement will take place in other countries to broaden the investor base. The value date for the bond is set for 30 October 2026. Parallel to the cash subscription offer, UBM is addressing holders of the existing UBM Bond 2023-2027 with an exchange offer. They have the opportunity to exchange their existing securities for the new five-year UBM Green Bond 2026. The exchange period for this specific offer ends on 16 October 2026.
Stock Exchange Listing and Accessibility
UBM intends to list the new Green Bond 2026 on relevant European stock exchanges. A listing for trading on the Official Market (Corporates Prime) of the Vienna Stock Exchange is planned, as is its inclusion in the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. These steps are designed to ensure the liquidity and accessibility of the bond for a wide range of institutional and private investors.
