In the Hamburg industrial and commercial property market, family office KALDOX has reported a successful letting. The Hamburg-based firm, whose investment strategy focuses deliberately on commercial and industrial assets, secured Hamburger Energiewerke GmbH as a tenant for an existing site.
The lease covers a plot with an industrial warehouse situated in the Hamburg district of Rothenburgsort. The property provides a total usable space of approximately 3,856 square metres and features logistically favourable conditions for operational use in an urban environment.
Strategic securing of space for district heating and infrastructure
Through this site, Hamburger Energiewerke GmbH secures space that holds significant operational importance for the municipal utility. According to the parties involved, the leased warehouse and outdoor areas will primarily be used for the ongoing expansion of Hamburg's district heating network. The capacity is also designated for the execution of related infrastructure projects.
