WILMA Wohnen Süd RM GmbH has announced the acquisition of a site in the Bad Homburg district of Ober-Erlenbach. The plot, which was previously used as a nursery, is designated for the development of a new residential quarter. With this acquisition, WILMA Wohnen Süd RM GmbH deepens its commitment in the Rhine-Main region and creates the basis for additional housing in the Bad Homburg area.
The plans for the intended residential development project envisage the construction of a total of twelve semi-detached houses. These are expected to have living areas between approximately 142 and 153 square metres. The concept aims to create contemporary housing, specifically targeting families.
Site Qualities and Project Planning
The plot in question is characterised by its hillside location and south-facing orientation. From the upper part of the site, there is an expansive view of the Frankfurt skyline. At the same time, the location is known for its quiet surroundings and good transport links, which enhances its appeal for future residents.
Preliminary discussions for the residential building project with the responsible authorities have already taken place. This underscores the structured approach to project development, which is driving the realisation of the project on a sound basis. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Commitment in the Rhine-Main Region
The acquisition of the former nursery site is a further step within WILMA Wohnen Süd RM GmbH's expansion strategy in one of Germany's most important economic regions. The creation of high-quality housing in sought-after locations such as Bad Homburg remains a core aspect of the company's strategic focus.
