WÖHR + BAUER GmbH has recorded a further letting success at the MERGENTHALER office building in Eschborn. International technology leader Panduit, a leading provider of infrastructure and connectivity solutions, has leased approximately 440 square metres of office space on the fifth floor of the property.
This letting underscores the location's attractiveness for companies with high demands for their working environment and technical equipment. The transaction was brokered by CBRE.
MERGENTHALER establishes itself as a technology hub
Panduit follows in the footsteps of Jack Wolfskin, an outdoor products specialist, and D-Link, an international specialist in IP-based network solutions, both of whom recently moved their German headquarters into MERGENTHALER. These developments reinforce the building's position as a hub for technology-oriented companies in the Rhine-Main region.

The comprehensive revitalisation of the building has resulted in it achieving a level of quality in key areas that exceeds the standard of many new builds.
