Jordan Tampien, co-founder of 4 Degrees Real Estate, has become a prominent figure in multifamily residential development. He has invested in various successful ventures, including Brick West Brewing, North Park Athletic Club, and USL Spokane.
Tampien’s interest in real estate began during his time as an intern at Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners, where he secured millions of dollars in grants. He has since completed over $60 million in real estate transactions.
In 2019, Tampien announced plans for three major multifamily projects worth a total of $32 million. These include the 4th Avenue Multifamily complex in Spokane Valley, the Peyton Building conversion in downtown Spokane, and the Lolo Lofts remodel in Spokane’s North Bank neighborhood.
