European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company specialising in science parks, has announced the letting of space in Science Park AERO49 in Hallbergmoos to AARSLEFF. The company, a subsidiary of the Danish construction group Per Aarsleff Holding A/S, has leased approximately 520 square metres of space. The lease agreement is for a term of seven years.
Dr. Ralf Nöcker, Management Board member of ESPG AG, commented on the acquisition of the new tenant. He highlighted that AARSLEFF is an internationally active company whose presence enriches Science Park AERO49. The location is characterised by modern architecture, high-quality fittings, and an innovative usage concept. Dr. Nöcker further emphasised that this contract signing underscores ESPG's ability to address specific tenant requirements through flexible space and fit-out concepts.
