European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company specialising in science parks, has announced the letting of space in Science Park AERO49 in Hallbergmoos to AARSLEFF. The company, a subsidiary of the Danish construction group Per Aarsleff Holding A/S, has leased approximately 520 square metres of space. The lease agreement is for a term of seven years.
Dr. Ralf Nöcker, Management Board member of ESPG AG, commented on the acquisition of the new tenant.
