The ALP.X Group, a Munich-based investment manager and project developer specialising in real assets, has acquired an approximately 85,000 square metre plot of land in Munich-Trudering together with a fund advised by Ginkgo Advisor. This area is part of the future GUTE UTA district on Rappenweg, which is one of the significant district development projects in the Bavarian capital.
The acquisition was made as part of a joint venture. The joint venture will take responsibility for the development of the site in close coordination with Bayerische Hausbau Development. The GUTE UTA district is a central undertaking in Munich's urban development. Across the entire planning area of approximately 25.5 hectares, 2,000 to 2,700 residential units are planned. A substantial proportion of these, about half, is intended for subsidised housing.
