Ampega Asset Management GmbH, in its capacity as asset manager for a Talanx AG company, has concluded a long-term lease extension with the FrankfurtRheinMain Regional Authority at Poststraße 16 in Frankfurt am Main. This covers an office area of approximately 4,740 square metres and secures continued use by the existing tenant.
With this contract extension, the FrankfurtRheinMain Regional Authority reaffirms its commitment to its centrally located Frankfurt site. The tenant's decision to continue the tenancy is largely based on the planned modernisation measures for the building, the efficiency of space utilisation, and the excellent public transport connections.
Building Modernisation and Consulting Services
An integral part of the agreement is the technical modernisation of the property. This will be carried out in close cooperation with the tenant to specifically adapt the building to the current requirements of modern working environments. The implementation of these measures aims to optimise both functionality and comfort for users, thereby ensuring the long-term attractiveness of the location.
During the lease process, the FrankfurtRheinMain Regional Authority was advised by CBRE's Office Leasing team. Ampega Asset Management GmbH was supported by blackolive during the transaction. The property owner, a Talanx AG company, is represented and managed in all matters by Ampega Asset Management GmbH.
