apoprojekt, a company specialising in the transformation of existing properties, has entrusted Pascal Schwarz with the leadership of its Hamburg branch. The 37-year-old industrial engineer (M.Sc.) will take up his new position on 1 July 2026. He succeeds Stefanie Möhring, who will be leaving the company at her own request. This personnel decision underlines apoprojekt's strategic orientation to staff its management level with proven experts and to strengthen its presence in important metropolitan regions.
Before joining apoprojekt, Mr Schwarz worked for GOLDBECK Nord GmbH. Most recently, he served there as Branch Manager and authorised signatory for the Kiel location. His main activities focused on the conceptualisation and realisation of modern office environments, an area of central importance in today's real estate industry. His previous professional roles within GOLDBECK included various commercial positions, including one in the Key Account Hamburg branch. This extensive experience in the construction and real estate sector qualifies him for the future tasks at apoprojekt.
