The IPH Group has reinforced its leasing team with two new appointments. This personnel decision serves to expand leasing expertise and strengthen regional presence in strategically important markets. With Sarah Schwarz and Charlotte Hillermann, two positions are being filled which are intended to support the group in its operational activities.
Sarah Schwarz assumes the role of Leasing Manager and will primarily be responsible for the Rhine-Main region. Her previous career encompasses extensive expertise in the area of expansion and site development within the food retail sector. Most recently, Ms Schwarz acted as Area Manager for Metropolitan Expansion in the Rhine-Main area at Netto Marken-Discount. In this position, she was responsible for the Frankfurt, Offenbach, Mainz, Wiesbaden and Darmstadt regions.
Prior to her role at Netto Marken-Discount, Sarah Schwarz gained diverse experience in the real estate industry. Her professional stations included engagements at Cushman & Wakefield in the Retail Capital Markets segment, at CBRE in the Research division, and at Lidl, where she worked in portfolio management and expansion. These broad experiences in the retail and real estate sectors form a solid foundation for her new role at the IPH Group.
Strengthening the Munich Office
Charlotte Hillermann joins the team at the Munich office as Junior Leasing Manager. As a trained real estate specialist, Ms Hillermann also brings relevant prior knowledge to her new position. Most recently, she worked as a real estate consultant at “Object Vermietung,” where she was responsible for the leasing management of commercial and retail spaces. Her expertise in direct leasing business complements the existing team at the Bavarian location.
Lars Jähnichen, Managing Director of the IPH Group, commented on the new appointments: He emphasised that with Sarah Schwarz and Charlotte Hillermann, the leasing team would be specifically strengthened in two significant markets. This strategic personnel development serves the continuous expansion of leasing expertise and the consolidation of the IPH Group’s regional market presence.
