BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced the repositioning of its property management business. This strategic measure leads to the renaming of the division, which will henceforth operate across Europe as BNP Paribas Real Estate Management & Solutions. The aim of this development is to clarify an expanded ambition, which combines operational property management with advisory services and tailor-made solutions for specific local markets. The intention is to maximise the value of properties throughout their entire lifecycle.
Over recent years, the business unit in question has developed significantly to meet the increased demands of investors, owners and users. While property management represents the core of its business activities, BNP Paribas Real Estate Management & Solutions is expanding its services. Clients now receive more comprehensive support in implementing their real estate strategies, improving the operational and financial performance of their assets, and ensuring sustainable value creation throughout the entire property lifecycle.
Expanded Service Portfolio
The repositioning is part of a comprehensive company transformation and reflects an expanded service offering. This includes not only classic management services but also dedicated advisory services, strategic guidance and operational expertise. Csongor Csukas, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate and responsible for the Management & Solutions Business Line, stated that with Real Estate Management & Solutions, the company is responding to the evolution of the business.
- —Advisory for property developers
- —Project management
- —Repositioning of properties
- —ESG consulting
- —Solutions to improve user experience
- —Data-driven analyses
Mr Csukas emphasised that long-standing expertise in property management is being combined with advisory and solution competence to support clients with integrated services throughout the entire property lifecycle. With this realignment, BNP Paribas Real Estate is bundling its competencies in property management, consulting and the provision of individual solutions under a unified brand. The overarching goal is to support clients across Europe with an integrated approach to the management, optimisation and transformation of their property portfolios.
This strategic adjustment underscores the company's ambition to act as a leading European partner for high-performing properties. The bundling of competencies under a new name signals a coherent strategy to fully meet the changing demands of the market and clients. The focus on integrated services is intended to ensure continuous value maximisation for property portfolios.
