Brockhoff GmbH, a specialised real estate agency, has successfully brokered a retail unit in a prime corner location in Hattingen city centre to the international cosmetics and lifestyle provider Rituals. The property is located at Große Weilstraße 23 and benefits from its proximity to Kaufland and other chain stores. The presence of the Reschop Carré shopping centre in the immediate vicinity also contributes to the attractiveness of the location.
The total rental area of the brokered retail unit is approximately 200 square metres. The opening of the new Rituals store is scheduled for October this year. Before handover to the tenant, renovation and refurbishment measures will be completed by the property owner. Rituals will then be responsible for fitting out the interior.

The retail unit was previously occupied by Parfümerie Pieper. With the arrival of Rituals, a creditworthy successor tenant has been secured for this prominently located retail space.
