NOBIX Group has opened a new office location in the Bavarian state capital, strengthening its position in southern Germany. In the newly occupied premises in the Munich district of Schwabing, workspaces are initially available for up to 20 employees across various specialist departments. According to the IT company, the site is to be expanded gradually in future through the integration of key acquisitions.
Covering a total area of around 400 square metres, the spatial concept combines individual and team offices with modern amenities. This layout is designed to facilitate focused working as well as internal collaboration. In addition, flexible desks are available for use by staff from other group locations, as well as external business partners and guests.
Strategic pooling and proximity to universities
Andreas Török, CEO of NOBIX Group, highlights the economic strength of the Greater Munich area and its distinct focus on technology and information technology. The local presence makes it possible to move closer to existing clients and partner companies and to benefit from the regional talent pool. Dominik Welz, CFO of the company, also underlines the role of the Schwabing address as a group-wide meeting hub. In future, key management responsibilities are to be directed from Munich.
Through its physical proximity to Munich's higher education institutions and universities, the corporate group is also seeking direct access to qualified young professionals. At the new site, activities in the segments of cloud, data analytics, artificial intelligence and core business applications are to be specifically strengthened.
Consolidation and existing client base
NOBIX Group's regional clientele already includes established Munich organisations. Among others, these include a charitable association with around 190 care homes and nurseries, a major hotel chain headquartered in the city, and a traditional major brewery. The short distance is intended to deepen cooperation with these clients.
In parallel with the site opening, the group is consolidating its corporate legal structures: Systemhaus Bissinger GmbH, Digital Mountain GmbH and Rustler Bürosysteme GmbH have been merged under the umbrella of NOBIX München. With its two operational sites in Munich and Gundelfingen, previously separate units are being combined to eliminate duplicate organisational structures and provide the service portfolio across regions.
