berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH has successfully concluded a Europe-wide tender for the management of three shopping centres. The mandate was awarded to VÖLKEL, which prevailed in a competitive process. The commission includes centre management and leasing for the aforementioned properties.
The collaboration pertains to Stadtzentrum Schenefeld in the Hamburg metropolitan area, Schwarzwald Baar Center in Villingen-Schwenningen, and Kösseine-Einkaufs-Center (KEC) in Marktredwitz. VÖLKEL had already been responsible for the centre and leasing management of these properties for many years. In the case of Kösseine-Einkaufs-Center, this also included facility management.
Continuity in Collaboration
Mr Rüdiger Hampe, Managing Director of VÖLKEL, commented on the renewed commission. He emphasised that the company was proud to have won the tender and to have secured the mandate for the three centres long-term. This development ensures continuity in the management of the properties by an already established partner.
berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH also welcomed the continuation of the partnership. Mr Carsten Pohnke, Head of Commercial Property Management, stated that berlinovo looks forward to further cooperation. The goal is to successfully develop the properties further together with the existing centre management in the coming years and to position them sustainably in the market.
